INVITATION TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY Members of the European Society of Contraception are kindly invited to attend the General Assembly (GA) which will take place in Edinburgh (EICC, The Exchange, Edinburgh EH3 8EE, UK) on Friday 25th of June 2004 at 16:30. Only paid up members are allowed into the Assembly and we therefore kindly ask you to check your current membership status. If you have not yet paid and you wish to attend the General Assembly, please do so as soon as possible and no later than 12 noon on the 25th of June 2004. All ESC members are entitled to submit motions for inclusion on the agenda of the General Assembly. If you wish to do so please do so in writing to the ESC Central Office no later than 10 June 2004. No proposals or motions may be accepted after that date. The current specific membership situation per country (related with the representation in the Board) has been posted to the individual members. At the time of the GA, the Executive Committee will propose some changes to the Statutes. These changes have been ratified by the Board and now need to be voted on by the membership. Please note that the Rules of Procedure have been extended meanwhile and have been ratified by the Board. You will find them here as well, for your information only.You will find the current Statutes and Rules elsewhere on this site.The agenda of the General Assembly will be available here on 11 June 2004.
