You can register by filling in and submitting the online registration form on this webpage. You can also download and print the PDF-file or Word (.doc) file of the registration form on this same webpage, which you can post or fax to the Seminar Secretariat together with the appropriate payment.
 
Each participant must complete a separate registration form. For additional participants, please make copies of the blank form or ask the Secretariat for extra forms.
