| Dear Member, | ||||
| As a paid-up member, you will be welcome to attend the General Assembly (GA) which will take place in The Hague (World Forum Convention Center) on Friday 21 May 2010 (16:30 to 18:30) during the 11th ESC Congress. | ||||
| As we can only allow paid up members into the Assembly, we kindly ask you to arrange your membership fee in time. Please contact the Central Office if you have any doubt about your personal membership situation. | ||||
| We invited you before to submit motions for inclusion in the agenda of the GA. The Local Organizing Committee of the The Hague Congress prepared a Declaration, to be ratified by the General Assembly. The deadline to submit motions was April 20. No further proposals or motions can be accepted. | ||||
| Those paid up members not present at the General Assembly may pass their voting right to another member attending the Assembly (one proxy vote only per paid-up member attending). Please ask the Central Office for the specific form or download the form from the website. Proxy votes must be registered with the ESC Congress desk at the latest 4 hours before the start of the General Assembly. Late proxy votes will not be accepted. | ||||
